The Derby Live production of Women On The Verge Of HRT by Marie Jones employed Richard Pinner’s skills as a creator of illusions and teacher of magic to actors.

The play runs from 5th March, 2010 to 27th March, 2010.

Magic On Board Fantasy

Having visited the ship a couple of times and then created the magic for the shows back in the U.K.

Richard Pinner spent ten days in January on board M/S Color Fantasy teaching the cast the magic and supervising the installation of the illusions.

The two shows will each run for a year.

New Year’s Eve at The Pizza on the Park

New Year’s Eve saw Richard Pinner booked for a sell out Cabaret at The Famous Pizza on The Park. He was delighted to be working with his friends, the brilliant ‘SO SWING’ act.

It was nice to finish the decade off so near to home as he had started it the other side of the world with New Year’s Eve Cabaret in Auckland, New Zealand as part of a five day booking.

Tony Drewitt, Peter Pinner and Richard Pinner are all re-booked for January, 2010 by The Metropolitan Police. They are pictured with their Honorary Colours for Meritorious Service presented to them by The Metropolitan Police South West London Athletic and Sports Club.

In December, Richard Pinner will be entertaining at John Betts School for the 30th time. His first show for them was in 1993. Engagements have been for end of term shows, summer fetes, p.t.a. events for both children and adults including close up magic at an auction.

This is his longest running School booking, but other schools continue to book Peter each year including The Barn Nursery School - Kew, Grange School - Harrow, Welldon Park - Harrow, Northwood Prep, Haydon Hall Montessori.

Peter Pinner and Richard Pinner presented their new lecture ‘PINNER’S WINNERS 2’ to their peers on stage at The Famous Magic Circle’s London Headquarters. The evening was a great success and TMC’s magazine ‘The Magic Circular’ concluded its report of the evening as follows. “This was a very professional presentation from a very professional pair of of children’s entertainers.”

Richard went onboard a few days earlier to do some public relations work for P&O.
